Prepare for a playful evening of music, dancing, laughter and love! 

All women, including cis and trans women, are warmly invited to join us in embodying our true feminine nature.

While there are many archetypes to the feminine, this month we will be focusing on the Wild Women: unapologetically unique, fierce, playful and untamed. Embrace the wild woman with us through self-expressive movement-based meditations and therapies!

A tea station will be provided throughout the whole event, including a variety of loose leaf herbs to use to create your very own tea blend. To bring it all together, we will end the night with a sound bath featuring singing bowls played by Sierra!

Tara: Heart-centered holistic practitioner, ecstatic dancer and meditation teacher who uses integrative bodywork and soul retrieval to help re-wire your nervous system and re-parent our body’s dysfunctional safety systems.

How to prepare:

Arrive in comfortable clothing, safe to move and dance in! Bring your favorite mug to partake in tea making (optional), any instruments you like to contribute to a song circle/mantra chant (optional), and a pen & journal to document your journey!
