Ara was the first studio owner in Spokane to develop a yoga studio with a multi-style concept.

Ara is unique in the yoga world because she not only has a vast and varied field of knowledge but never stopped teaching regular studio classes. Many teacher trainers are out of touch with the student experience and haven’t taught regular, scheduled classes in studios for years.
Because of her hands-on approach to running her studio, Ara has received daily feedback from students that inform her teacher trainings, and allow her courses to be shaped for the greatest impact.
