This challenge isn't just about the breath: it's about sparking a flame within yourself. By dedicating 21 days to intentional breathwork, you'll ignite your life force in a way that will propel you towards your desired creations and manifestations.

The Challenge: Practice breathwork every day for 21 days straight!

Whether you are new to breathwork or an experienced breather, this challenge will help you leverage the power and reap the rewards of a consistent breathwork practice.

How you will be supported throughout the challenge:

We will meet together as a group for (4) Sundays from 2-3:30 pm, starting on March 23rd and ending on April 13th. These sessions are the core of the challenge. They will consist of journaling, guidance, partner exercises and of course, breathwork.

Each week you will receive an email with a pre-recorded guided breathwork session to practice at home in between group sessions.

Together we will map out a routine for your daily practice that will best support you so you can successfully complete the challenge with more ease.

You will receive a “challenge tracker” to help you maintain and keep a record of your progress throughout the challenge.

Each participant who completes the challenge will automatically be entered into a drawing to win the following prizes.
