Moon Goddess Gong Circle

Join us for an all-inclusive monthly gathering to explore, honor, and celebrate the lunar cycles.

If you’re new to Moon Circles, you can think of it like a yoga class or experience, but for your soul; infused with play, curiosity, transformation, and magic.

Jodi Bennet will be leading this moon circle. She brings years of practice and knowledge in this field, so this should be a good one!

A Moon Circle is a sacred gathering that honors and harnesses the energies of the key phases of the lunar cycle. This ancient practice draws inspiration from the rhythmic dance of the moon as it transitions through its diverse stages, each imbued with unique qualities and symbolism. Many ancient cultures used the Moon Circle to call upon the moon’s divine feminine energy and receive higher wisdom.

We depend on the natural cycles of the universe for survival; each moon phase reminds us that ultimately, we are one collective life force. These gatherings provide a powerful opportunity for growth, reflection, accountability and simply, to have fun! and enjoy connection within a like-minded community.

A Moon Circle is a safe space, where we can enjoy being in a sacred, connected community, and feel supported and witnessed. Everything that happens in the circle remains privately in the circle, which allows us to truly open, share, and express ourselves from the Heart.

The power of attending a Moon Circle

  • The moon circle celebrates the Divine Feminine

  • Alignment to the natural flow of the cosmos (moon phases)

  • A deeper understanding of moon phases and our relationship with each of the different phases of the moon

LUNAR CYCLES - Noting the moon's astrological sign during the ceremony guides intentions and serves as a marker for their progress, or ripening six months later.

NEW MOON - set intentions
New moons are a time to create, reset, regenerate. The sky is dark on a new moon, resembling a blank canvas and a time of potential. During a new moon ceremony, a time to reflect and refine intentions you want to manifest in the new lunar cycle.

We save our intentions from our circle and set them on an altar or under a crystal, allowing them to slowly manifest—either for the two weeks leading up to the next full moon, or for six months, until the full moon blossoms in the corresponding zodiac sign.

WAXING MOON - take action
On the waxing moon, ideas and excitement are building up at this point. We see more than just the glimmer of possibility because tangible developments are starting to unfold. Rituals for the waxing quarter moon should be more practical and action-oriented. Waxing moons are a good time to take action—big or small—toward your dream. And as mentioned before, use the moon's current zodiac sign for guidance on your actionable area.

FULL MOON - manifest
If a new moon is a time for setting goals, then the full moon is a time to manifest. Your goals are ripening. There’s a seal-the-deal energy during full moons, which help us draw attention to all our hard work. Collect what is owed to you, from outstanding work to money you loaned.

With moonlight illuminating everything, full moons are also a great time to assess your agendas and goals. Keep in mind, though, that full moons are ultimately about letting the lunacy take over. Full moon rituals are about celebration—treat yourself to a beautiful dinner, go dancing with friends, buy new equipment that will make your life easier.

WANING MOON - release
A waning moon is a time for clearing and letting go to prepare for the new moon once again.

"Are you dragging any outmoded emotions, toxic relationships, or unfulfilling situations along for the ride? Letting go is rarely easy, but this is the time to make the transition.”

This is a time to get personal and go deep. Lighting a candle, brewing a pot of tea, and pouring your heart out in your journal. You might even write a goodbye letter—but instead of dropping it in the mailbox (or hitting send), do a ceremonial release by burning it safely in a fire. If you lost someone important, create a special altar to honor their memory and leave it up until the new moon.

LUNAR ECLIPSE - eclipses are harbingers of change — they usher in evolution. It represents a moment of profound change, where aspects of one's life may be brought to light, reevaluated, and transformed.

BLUE MOON - holds significance as a rare and special celestial event. The spiritual meaning of the blue moon helps us align with the rich and nourishing energy of summer.

SUPER MOON – the full moon closest to the earth, the supermoon amplifies your hidden emotions, ideas, and thoughts. The increased luminosity of a supermoon is thought to enhance intuitive abilities and spiritual awareness. Many spiritual practitioners use this time to deepen their connection with their inner selves and tap into higher levels of consciousness.
