FREE 26 & 2 Student Teacher Classes

Join in and support our newest graduates in their free community classes!

They are very new and still learning, please give them a lot of love as they hone their teaching skills.

This class is great for all levels. Just take it easy the first few times to get used to the 105F far infrared heat. Bring a mat, towel to put on your mat and a water bottle. Wear clothes you can move and sweat in.
