Fall Women’s Circle
This month, we focus on grounding, connecting with our sacred roots, honoring Mother Earth, and embracing our divine femininity. We will begin with some introductions and contributions to a community altar.
Come prepared with your favorite mug to indulge in the creation of your own custom tea blend with some herbs and tea bags which will be provided by your hosts. While we sip our healing brews we will come together for a group discussion/reflection based on our focus for each month. This will be followed by a brief meditation and some gentle movement to raise our spirits in unison before we settle in for a sound bath. While the sound bath simmers you may opt to receive gentle, therapeutic touch allowing you to settle further into this meditative state.
Once you’ve had time to soak up the beautiful energy we’ve all created, we’ll close out with a splendid circle of music and dance. You are welcome to bring & play any instrument you’d like to contribute to a music circle lead by Becca playing the cello and Tess playing the guitar or to dance freely in any form of creative expression that you feel called to. We’ll take a final moment to set our intentions, expanding this magical energy into our daily lives.
Reminder: The therapeutic touch incorporated in savasana is optional and your comfort is of the highest priority. We will provide consent cards to allow your hosts to know if you are comfortable or not with physical touch.
