FREE Riverfront Moves Shala Flow

With the expert guidance of Rose Evans, flow mindfully with your breath through a series of fundamental yet challenging poses.
Shala Flow Begins with opening exercises to prepare for practice, followed by a creative, dynamic, vinyasa flow (movement with breath) style sequence for building heat and detoxification. Ending with finishing exercises and resting pose, savasana, to cool the nervous system leaving the body and mind feeling refreshed and awake.
Please bring a mat, a water bottle and any other props you love to use to support your practice.
