Through the practice of yoga nidra, an intention-setting through deep relaxation to re-program the subconscious mind, we can cultivate the energy we really need and ride the creative and energetic wave of Spring.

The high vibrations of these instruments enhance intention-setting and provide incredible opportunities for clearing old, unhelpful patterns and accessing deep relaxation for healing.

Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, blankets and cushions to support your body while lying in Savasana. You will be lying down for a while so make sure you are well-supported and warm. Also bring journal or paper with a pen or pencil to write after the practice.

Wear comfortable clothing for gentle movement and relaxation.
