In this 90-minute session, we’ll honor the quiet beauty of winter as a time for release, reflection, and planting seeds for the year to come. This guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice is designed to help you rest in that sweet in-between state of dreaming. You’ll be supported with props and blankets as you lie down, listen, and allow your whole being to settle.
