Come CELEBRATE with us! Supreme Sound Full Moon Celebration is an opportunity to honor and celebrate the potent energy of this full moon known as the ‘Harvest’ Moon. It is the season of Harvest, we benefit from the seeds planted in the spring, abundance, and prosperity.
Harvest full moon’s closeness to the autumnal equinox means that it is symbolic of new beginnings and a door to spiritual awareness. This is also known as an aid in bringing to surface unresolved and dormant emotions. So let them come and welcome them. We will embrace the change of season through the Supreme Sound of Voice and Alchemy Crystal Healing Bowls. We want to savor the energy of this Full Moon and tune into its potent energy.
Join Ara Lyman and Susan Jane Hall as they guide you on a journey through SUPREME SOUND. SOUND HEALING will help to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state by using entrainment. Entrainment synchronizes our fluctuating brainwaves by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave can attune to. By using rhythm and frequency, we can entrain our brainwaves and it then becomes possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep, where internal healing can occur). Sound healers use instruments, such as Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, that vibrate at specific frequencies when struck. The research of SOUND, VIBRATION and FREQUENCY as it relates to the human body, health, and well-being is now finding its footing and credibility in science. Although MYSTICS and WISDOM TEACHERS have known its power and potency for centuries. We will journey into the Power of your own voice, chanting a traditional mantra as a form of meditation.
Our VOICE is one of the most potent healing modalities for your own body. Your voice is unique and beautiful. The sounding of your own voice creates a resonating vibration that is felt, heard, and will empower you! Using VOCAL TONING, your voice, will harmonize and balance your cells and your energetic pathways. Chanting mantras and songs (also known to heal, open and harmonize) uses rhythm, vocal toning is known for its steady state of one tone per exhale.
DESCRIPTION:
We begin the journey by setting intention and opening Mantra guided by Susan Jane Hall. Followed by gentle movement and breathwork as guided by Ara Lyman, to stimulate whole body system and ready the body for the Supreme Sound Experience.
We will briefly explore the history and science of chanting mantra/vocal toning and the healing power of sounding Alchemy Crystal Bowls. Susan will guide you through vocal techniques and exercises will be explored to clear and strengthen energetic channels. Tips and techniques on how to play crystal bowl and Himalayan metal bowls will be offered by Ara Lyman.
We will end the experience with a 11 minute chant, Long Ek Ong Kar (Adi Shakti Mantra), igniting the relationship between the soul and the Universal Soul. Following the sounding of our voice, a 20-minute soothing Sound Bath to integrate and balance energy body.
