Summer '24 Challenge


Shala Living Yoga is proud to announce our latest offering - a 14-day yoga challenge that's perfect for yogis of all levels!

We're adding a unique twist to this challenge by including daily journal prompts, recipe ideas, lifestyle improvements and more. Our aim is to create an experience that not only enhances your yoga practice but also helps you improve your overall well-being.

So, what can you expect from our Summer ‘24 Challenge? Here’s everything you need to know:

  • The challenge will run from July 15-29, 2024.

  • All participants are asked to complete a daily yoga practice; any in-studio class applies!

  • Signing up for the challenge is FREE, but an active membership or class card is required to participate!

  • You’ll receive daily emails with a different focus each day, including self-care exercises, breathwork practices and recipe ideas (to name a few!)

  • Simply fill out the brief form below to register.

  • Get a FREE journal when you sign up!

  • All challenge finishers will be entered to win a Shala Living Yoga swag bag!
