Embracing the energies of the Strawberry Full Moon and our transition from spring into summer. We will guide you on a journey with cacao, dance, breath work, reiki, and sound to explore new horizons and greater abundance in a way that will enrich your life on both the material and spiritual planes. Enjoy this relaxed and high vibrational evening to help you move forward in life with greater connection to your community, soul and source energy.
This magical experience will begin with grounding, and calling on the wisdom of our intuitions and guides. We will then invite in the sacred, medicinal plant of cacao to help us indulge all our senses and nourish our bodies and souls. Cacao, a heart opener, will bring on a sense of bliss and joy. We will use this medicine to express ourselves through movement and/or dance (no pressure all levels of body comfort welcomed and encouraged). After, we will lead you in pranayama (breathing exercises) followed by a semi guided healing Reiki meditation accompanied by a sound bath. Reiki is a Japanese word for universal energy that is pure and healing as it enters your aura and body.
Your guides/hosts:
Anya is a Holy Fire Reiki III Master and Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master and Reiki guide/Reiki teacher, a Kundalini and Hatha yoga teacher who also offers sound healing, intuitive reading, shamanic healing and card reading. She is a shamanic student of Alberto Villoldo, a world renowned shaman.
Tahlia’s spirit is guided to facilitate others in LIVING JOY through introspection, connection, and movement. Incorporating yoga, reiki, card readings, coaching, sound healing and dance, she facilitates a unique blend of joy offerings around Spokane and the world.
How to prepare:
Please dress comfortably and have fun! Dress up and come as your own inner Goddess/God.
Bring a water bottle, a journal and a pen, a mat, bolster, blanket, pillow, eye pillow and anything else that will make you comfortable. We have some props at the studio if you don't have any. You can also bring a crystal or a special item to place on the altar for reiki cleansing.
