Flow with rhythm to this soothing blend of slow yoga and live gentle acoustic guitar music.
Winter is the perfect time to slow down and embrace nourishing your soul. Indulge in self-care this mid-winter with an extra long Slow Flow lead by Rachel Cohen and special guest musician, Hannah Siglin.
This event is designed to invite you to slow down, deeply connect with your breath, and cultivate mindfulness. In this serene and accessible for all levels practice, you’ll move slowly through a series of poses, linked by the rhythm of your breath. You’ll have ample time to linger in poses, allowing for a profound stretch and release of tension along with the ability to gain greater strength. We will end with a long savasana giving your body a chance for rest and recovery, a savasana massage will be offered to those who would like.
