This month we will be focusing on speaking our truth! Vishuddha (throat) Chakra.

There will be loose leaf herbs available throughout the whole event for custom tea blend making! Feel free to bring anything you wish to contribute to the alter/community mandala(optional)! This could be anything like crystals, flowers, statues, etc.

By creating a beautiful & safe community, we allow each woman the space to express themselves, free of judgment, full of love & acceptance; to be held by one another in complete understanding; to laugh and let the inner child come out to play. How to prepare:
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in
