February and Valentine’s Day are upon us! In order to love and show up for others, we must first love and show up for ourselves. What better way to do that than a relaxing and releasing sound bath accompanied by Reiki energy healing and a guided meditation?

For this very special event, we will use sound instruments such as chimes, gongs, alchemy crystal bowls, essential oils, and hands-on Reiki healing.

Nicholas Stemm, a Holy Fire III Reiki Master and Karuna Master, will begin with a 20-minute guided Reiki meditation with the purpose of healing the heart. Reiki will instill divine love into one’s heart in order to clear and heal any unhealthy feelings or wounds associated with love.

Once our meditation is complete, Jessie Jo will lead the sound bath healing experience. During the sound bath, Master Nick will scan each person for energetic blockages and perform hands on Reiki healing to help release them.

Please come hydrated, bring a water bottle, and whatever makes you feel most comfortable and able to rest, such as a mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, etc, to enhance your relaxation. We do offer some props but we highly recommend that you bring your own if you have them.
