Join Angeleah on an explorative workshop diving into the ins and outs of an arm balance practice. This 2-hour workshop will give you the tips and tricks you need for a sustainable arm balance practice in class or at home!
This workshop will begin with grounding and a short flow to warm up the joints and muscles. We will then move onto our first round of arm balances, including crow, flying lizard and pigeon. We will then move into some gentle wrist stretches and a short flow to bring balance back into the body. We will finish off class strong with core and back body work, moving into forearm balance and handstand practice. Class will end with a gentle cool down flow, fascia release and savasana with oils and adjustments.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothing
- Water bottle
- A yoga mat (we have a few to lend, but please bring your own if you have one!)
- Props (props available to use in-studio)
- An eye pillow (optional)
Doors open at 1:45pm. Please try to arrive no later than 1:55pm as we lock the doors at 2:00pm.
